Post Sales FAQs How to upload file by WS_FTP Pro «Back WS_FTP Pro is a program for uploading or downloading data between your computer and the server. After installation of WS_FTP, open this program, select File>Connection, then enter details of connection with FTP site. ‹Diagram 1

Click File>New Site Name, then enter name of site in Site Profile Name, enter your domain name in Host Name of IP Address. ‹Diagram 2

Click finish. Then identify UserID by entering username and password that VhostWeb created for you. ‹Diagram 3

Press Connect. Diagram 4 will be shown, when your computer connected with our server. Files that you wish to upload from your computer site are presented in the left window called Local system, and your web hosting space (server site) will be presented in the right window called Remote system. ‹Diagram 4

You can start to transfer your files to server (and vice versa) by dragging selected file from one site to another site. When it is done, the message "Transfer complete" will be shown.
