How to add/delete/edit your E-Mail account via Control Panel (for administrator) «ย้อนกลับ
Click "Mail Manager" (diagram 1) on the left menu

1.Create e-mail account. Click on "Add User"

  • Select Domain: select your domain name from the drop-down box
  • Username: enter only e-mail name (there is no need to enter @yourdomain). Username may be from 3 to 30 characters long and must consist of alphanumeric, '_','-' and periods.
  • Password: passwords may be from 3 to 30 characters long and cannot contain spaces.
  • Total Mail Box Size: enter 15 MB
  • Check on "Allow Web Access" option to be able to use Webmail

Click "Finish" button

Click "OK" you will see the e-mail you had just created

2. Modify E-mail account
you can edit, delete e-mail account, change password and check e-mail via website anytime by clicking the action button as you can see in diagram 5
 
3. Set Mail forwarding
Click "Add Alias" (diagram 6 )

Select Domain: select domain name that you want to set Mail Forward
  • Select Domain: select your domain name
  • Alias: enter only e-mail name (there is no need to enter @yourdomain)
  • Resolves To: enter e-mail account that you want to forward to. If there are more than one e-mail account, use comma to separate e-mail.

Click "OK" button then you will see the Alias you had just created.
